Member Search Question

Is there a way to search for a member by "number of reviews" or "highest post count" in a particular region or city?...

Example = search top reviewers in Austin only > or highest post count in the Austin area...

Btw, typing a location into the member search doesn't always work... some people don't put the same name...

e.g. "Austin, Tx" or "Austin, TX", or "ATX" or even "Central Texas"

I do not believe there is a way to search like that. The Review and post counts are not really search-able fields....
