but has anybody ever tried them? Shake Weights? LOL!
I see the infomercials all the time and keep thinking

The idea is sound. I think they should work.

I was in an "as seen on tv store" the other day and I will say they were rather large, and only in 5 and 8 pounds. 5lbs is tough in certain movements, and easier in others.

I think Target has em, I did a search on the site and there were 10 stores with them in stock. Try em out and see what you think. You can always return them. Then again, it is only 20 bux. I've wasted more money on less brilliant ideas. *sigh*
