Quite a few of the providers that I've met, local and abroad, aren't comfortable with it because of either hygiene (strictly covered activities and most don't keep dental dam), the client's self proclaimed skills that are in fact lacking (let's admit it fellas sometimes we get too excited and don't handle the package with care), or intimacy (some providers reserve that and dfk for their actual partners).
