One final point. There's no shortage of rigs in the Permian Basin. There is a shortage of manpower and certain equipment and supplies, like frack sand. That's going to have a bigger effect in the short term on production growth than a lack of willingness on the part of Wall Street and private equity to make judicious bets on the oil price. Good for Tiny...but I was speaking to Tiny about the reason at one point Banks were not lending to energy. Now they are willing to do so. They (investors) were using the veil of climate change, when in actuality it was low prices.
