~On vacation this week~

Good evening everyone!
I just wanted to let you all know that I will be out of the country til late Sunday. I will not be using my phone or emailing... so I hope everyone checks this out and doesn't think I am blowing them off
I will be in the BAHAMAS... I know, be jealous :P I would be! Hope you have a great weekend... I know I will... it will be my first time out of the country!!! Yippee!!!!

Have fun Autumn! The Bahamas is nice but here in KC the beech comes to you!
Don't forget to intake plenty of fluids since you are skipping Thirsty Thursday. Might want to grab a few protein shakes for good measure also. :-)
