Trying torenew my premium access renewal

This is the message I get once I have entered the requested information to renew my premium access for one year, and hit payrexx.

No other options shown to pay for the renewal.

I purchased lifetime access a few weeks ago with a CC and it went through no problem so could be the payrexx site is having some technical issues.
