I have just the lower wedge bought off of Amazon for $35. I bought it for sleeping before I had my tonsils out. I've used it with my SBs a couple of times... I really like it for going down them..having them lay with their head at the lower end really elevates their pelvis for easy reach...at that angle I can go for hours licking (and have). Turning over it gives the lady a bit more support in dawg style.

I would highly recommend getting the base that goes under it. It raises the whole thing up a few inches. I'm not extra tall (5'10") and it's a little low. The curves are nice though because it's pretty comfortable and gives you lots of options.
