Unable to Reactivate account... Or gain provider access

. Hello,

I am Brooke Banks and I have an account under the handle brooke_banks69. I temporarily disabled my account in January and now I am attempting to log back in with provider access. I am unable to login and all the attempts to email dallas@eccie.net, admin@eccie.net and etc. are all being returned to sender as undeliverable. If someone could please assist me with reactivating my account, or applying my ECCIE reviews from brooke_banks69, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been a member of ECCIE since 2010 and I am a verified provider. I am unable to gain provider access to post ads.
