green underline

What is with green underlined areas that redirect you to some king of serve bs. Some ladies tag lines are underlined in green, or a showcase. I have seen it several other places. I dont need to be redirected to or have a pop up that take me to an ECCIE serve.

I've got certain things in my ads that are green type and underlined, however they do not redirect and are not links.
