Drove by Zen on Westheimer today and it’s a J now. Anyone have details on this?

Zen wld have been an FS place I would have thought it's a 7 Star to 8 Star kind of switch...

The place has been bought and sold twice in the last 8-10 months. The business volume wasn’t as the previous owner had declared. So, it was sold again about 6-8 weeks ago…and renamed by the new owner.
