Are there any providers that are into or allow shooting movies? You know the P.O.V. kind.

im betting that most prob dont allow it or the guy wouldnt want to video what he is doing seeing as how it could be used as evidence if he is married...

Certainly... but don't expect it on your first date! (There are a couple of providers in the area who have worked in adult films, they would probably be more open to the idea than many ladies.) For a "normal provider", you'll probably need to be a regular client, and of course, work out the details before hand. There is a lot of trust involved...
