Old references

Haven't been hobbying long, but long enough to feel uneasy about a provider who's most recent reference is more than six months old. Thoughts?

I wouldn't let that alone stop me. If she has several consistent reviews, and has or can provide current pics, or has been actively working, etc, I'd be ok with it.
