And I don't know what a "CDS" is. I assume you are talking about the Cocaine found in the White House. Found in a semi-public area that over 500 people had access to in the month prior to which it was found. This is an area open to tour groups, among others. And the drug was found in a cubby that is usually used by visitors. It could never be determined who left it and the investigation was closed. IN NO WAY does this mean that anyone in the White House staff was involved in this. The GOP and their media whores have never looked so desperate as when they said otherwise.

The substance found in the White House falls under Schedule II CDS. Now because it was found in the White House and Joe Biden resides there, legally, he was in possession of it.
