Good evening, i have not had a lot of success when it comes to searching and finding providers. I have seen ladies on other sites and searched for them and not found them although another member a little later posts a link or a review about that provider and i couldn't find anything. I am even having a hard time finding a list of providers in my area or even in the houston area for that matter. I am somewhat new to the site and i understand its not a perfect site with every possible search capacity, but what am i doing wrong? I use my phone for 99% of all of my research and reviews and i do go to the mobile version of the site most of the time unless i do a review then i have to use the big website, for lack of a better description, to do those. Is that the issue, the mobile site not having the same capacity? But then also is there a better way to search for a specific provider if you don't necessarily know everything or their whole name or eccie name? I know i asked a few different questions there but if i can help with one i should be able to go from there. Thank you for your help
Disclaimer ... I absolutely SUCK at searching. So if a more experienced hobbiest has some input that contradicts my knowledge, then rely on them. This is one reason I stick with well reviewed providers and do not venture into unknown situations such as STG Providers. My hobby interaction is done strictly through my hobby phone ... 100%. However, I do not use the mobile app function of Eccie. I strictly use the Full Website.
In the full website, there is a gray bar across the top from left to right. Inside of it are several pages you can visit. Three of those pages have to do with research ability.
1) Browse Bio Pages ... It is on the far left. You can use it to search for providers who have certain areas linked to their profile. For example, we are in North & East Texas. At the top of this search function, you can put in North & East Texas. It will pull up all Provider Profiles who show they visit our area.
2) Search Ladies ... This is located towards the left side. I actually find this feature useless in our small market. Maybe it has value in larger markets such as Houston. You can use it to seek out providers who physically match your desires. However, I may have missed it but I do not see a place where you can limit this search to a specific search area such as Houston.
3) Search ... This is located over on the right side of the gray bar. Inside of it towards the top left, you can use it to search "key words" or over towards the top right you can use it to search Eccie "Providers Names". There is A LOT MORE to this search area than I have just mentioned. Spend some time looking over it and getting familiar with it and all it does. It is rather cumbersome when using this function with a hobby phone. But hey ... It is what it is!!
