Probably ran out during the down time.
Go to user CP, then down to paid subscriptions, it’ll tell you expiry date.

Mine says it’s not expired but still no access.

I’d like my premium access restored also. It’s kind of useless as is, but I know a lot of people are working to bring the site back to full speed. I can’t see reviews at all or see local intel.

Be sure to write websupport@eccie.net about the PA.

Also, all old reviews are no longer accessible. There is a new format to follow for new "encounter reports".
