Can't Read Reviews

I paid for a premium and can't read reviews. How can I read reviews? I've wrote several times but no one has responded. That's why I paid the premium because I thought I had to to read reviews.

Are you able to read the Rest of The Story on any of the reviews, or just certain ones?
