Banned members / lock their threads

If a member gets banned for whatever reason, I propose locking their threads too.

Make banned, BANNED, and eliminate their past offerings from being bumped back to the front of the page.. Gone, kaput, no mas, forever, just like anyone that gets the ax should be.
