That sounds like something those two would do . Lazy and don’t care about anything but the coin. They probably don’t wash the hot towels just put them back in the towel warmer with the juice on them save on the cost of soap and water .

Yes but the owner just sold the place before the bust and was able to reopen under new ownership . Last time I was there the other place wasn’t open yet .
