I'm "meh" on this - Nepotism can be good or bad. hell most teams I've worked on in my career were built nepotistically, and I've been one of the beneficiaries.

There's "I'm making my 22 year old son a SVP" nepotism, and there's "I'm decimating this department and replacing everyone with my own crack team" nepotism.
