Current time on top of page

I noticed the current time on top of the page is two hours behind. Anybody know why?

Mine says 7:22.....posts are stamped 2 hrs behind as well. Guess it doesn't matter then, since they are current
Could it be setting on your computer and your current location being somewhere in the Midwest?
