Rates

I'm assuming that most providers don't like to talk rates over the phone? so if a provider doesn't list rates in the ad are you just supposed to guess based on other reviews?

I'm not going to bring much more money to a dream than I have to. After my last dream I don't think I will see anyone that doesn't have up front rates before I go across town.

What does everyone think? Am I just bitter? lol

Some providers post the recommended donation for specific amounts of time on their ad or website. Do your research before calling.

If it is not available, then when you talk on the phone, the lady will decide whether you are legit. That can involve references and sometimes a second phone call. ONCE YOU PASS, then they will answer a question like "How would I find out what donation to bring?" After she answers, my next question is "Does that cover everything?"

There are pros and cons to each method, but the lady decides how to communicate that information.

I would NOT meet with a lady who did not communicate the recommended donation ahead of time.

I've asked once or twice over the phone without getting hung up on. But those were ladies who didn't say in the ad/website and also didn't say not to ask on the phone. I wouldn't want to meet someone who didn't list it and isn't willing to talk about it before I get in the car.
Thanks for the input! I guess I still have alot to learn. lol
IMHO, discussing a professional fee on the telephone (as long as you haven't breached protocol and mentioned a specific illegal act or used an acronym and you speak in general terms) is harmless. YMMV with each provider, everyone seems to have their own "opinion" of rate discussion and whether or not it will land them in "hot water" - some don't discuss rates as they may upsell, others may wait for you to throw out a number and see if it is more than they would have asked for, and as I mentioned, others may feel that any discussion of rate is something that may add to their being "busted" (it isn't) . . . as for me, my fees are posted on my Website and in my advertisements and I discuss the fee on the phone absent any other discussion that would preclude me from mentioning them in the context that it could be construed as remuneration for something illegal.

I pay my taxes, I have a fee for my time.

However, mention or discuss my fee after you arrive or I arrive at your location and I will most likely bounce you out the door or leave immediately, silently. Just hand it to me without me asking for it and never mention it or even say "here it is", etc. Discretion in all things . . .

Good luck!

I don't discuss anything over the phone except to ask for references and a location. I assume that everyone can read and that they've all done their homework before contacting me. Everything about me is easily accessible and shouldn't have to be brought up in conversation.
I would agree BB if I don't know how much before had i don't schedule the meeting. If she doesn't post it in the add or on a web site you have to ask. Just be careful how you phrase the question.
I got one question for you Allie, can you wear those boots on a date?
Oenghus, unfortunately the footwear I'm sporting in my avatar have gone to "boot heaven". LOL. I have some that are very similar but not exactly the same.

Knowing most don't want to discuss rates on the phone, if it's not included in the ad, I don't call. Not posting rates smells fishy.
Can we see a picture of the new Boots ?

I don't post my rates on my ad but they are on my website...and you do have to register to get into that. I don't have a problem discussing rates on the phone, just don't ask what you're getting for the donation...I hang up immediately. But in all reality, everyone knows that escorts aren't free so it doesn't hurt to talk about rates. You just have to be very careful what you say otherwise!
