I really need help on how to start a new review

Go to the appropriate city and the proper forum .. Independent or agency, etc.

At the top the threads hit the " new review" and follow through. You have 59 minutes to post and edit.

I would also add the following...

You may want to first compose the ROS part of the review offline in Notepad or Word or something else similar. Then when you go online to post the review copy and paste the composed ROS.
