Just when taxation and regulation couldn't get any more bizarre. Bonn, Germany has introduced a "parking meter - type" ticket dispenser for street walking prostitutes authorizing them to cruise from 8pm to 6am.

I guess collecting income tax was just insufficient. An unnamed high ranking official confirmed the idea was presented to them by the Obama administration!
