Resizing Photos

Does anyone know of any software to resize my photos with? Believe it or not, my computer didn't come with anything that does this. All my past computers had that kind of stuff already installed so, I don't even know where to begin to look. A link would be awesome!! Thank you all in advance for your help. xoxox

I have used this one for a long time. Its free and does a lot of stuff.

Windows XP had this neat little conversion program that is very easy and reasonable to use:

After you installed it, you would just right click on a picture, select “resize,” select the size and you were done.
But Windows 7 had a much more convoluted picture resizing program. I’ve suffered with it for a year. Until now. A friend forwarded me this link for folks using Windows 7 and it is a god send.
