How do you expand the "yes" in a review?

How do you write more than just clicking the "yes" radio icon when writing a provider referral?

Initially, you have to use the options in the drop box. After you've posted the review, you can click on edit and go to that line and type whatever you like...

Be careful editing the Recommendation.
It is very easy to delete part or all of the [/ROS] at the end of your ROS.
If you do that, your ROS will be public. That happens pretty often.
