Inactive provider profiles:

Is there a reason why ladies who disappear and/or are inactive for long periods of time still have their profile up? I know in the past before the site went down, providers who were inactive for 3 months or more did not have their profile stay up. Why has this changed? There are some profiles that have been inactive for months. Just wondering.
