Need help with leaving a review...

why am i a moron and can’t figure out how this process works....

Go to the appropriate forum.
Click on New Review.
Fill in the blanks.
Click on Save or OK or whatever it is.

FYI, you have to do this on the full version of the website (www.eccie.net), the "new review" button doesn't appear if you're on the mobile version of the website (m.eccie.net).
