In the mid 90's my roomates boyfriend started beating her,
I called 911. Has he was raising his fist to hit her
again the Garland P.D. walked in and immediately
grabbed that fist and handcuffed him, he went to jail.
The guy always carried a lot of cash on him.
He bailed himself out of jail and was back at my door with in hours.
