I don’t understand why people don’t want to share the tip amount that the provider required.

Because each transaction is different.

Yes, each is different. I’ve paid different amounts to the same provider for the same services. I once saw a provider for years and never upped what I paid her but I doubt that was the rate she charged new clients. Sometimes for massages there is a negotiation and sometimes I pay what I feel like that day. Always fair and never any complaints.
