what is going on here?

this is stacy, not "lovely lauren" and I could not log on today. had to make more than one request to reset my password and my email stated my user name was lovely lauren, which it was years ago when I was with an agency which is no longer around. I have no way of logging in to my current account, only my old account which i thought was deleted, and worst of all there are a bunch of reviews listed under this account that arent mine. the reviews are great, but are all about massage, which I'm not, says i live in dallas which i dont, but the descriptions of this person pretty much match mine(tall blond). i could not locate pics, all sites this person belonged to state they are no longer active, I was unable to find if my pics were being used in dallas for some reason.what has happened to my current account?
