services of yesteryear

I'm still relatively new to the hobby so this question is directed at the long-time gents...

I've seen a lot of reviews over the past year bemoaning the "higher rates, lower quality" of today's service providers. I'm not quite sure what "lower quality" means. In the past, what services used to be included in a BCD visit? Are most providers refusing those services or upcharging for them? What has changed, when did it change, and why did it change?

I think I speak for a lot of guys in saying that one reason we visit with a lady is to share something with her that our wives/girlfriends refuse. If providers are also now refusing those experiences, what's the point? Is "variety" enough of a reason for most guys to stay in the hobby? Just curious...

Some of us have been around a long time. I remember 2008-2015 it was the epic time to be a hobbiests. The great recession was in full bloom and many ladies became providers to make ends meet.

It was a smorgasbord of providers and ladies had sales. IF you became a regular anything was possible.

Today there is a lack of providers which has driven up rated, often higher than a highly educated attorney on some.

This has cause more guys ti seek services from less providers which allows providers to be more selected with the over inflated $$ supply, stimulus checks.

With providers being more selective the options of type of service goes away, I.E.: no bbbj.

Another option for the girls has watered down even further the amount of quality girls working these days. Sites like Only Fans and Chaturbate are options to make real serious money and not have to deal with any hobbyists or even leave the house.
I do not understand the only fans. If I am missing something, then let me know.

When it was new I signed up but after about a month canceled the membership. Why would I pay a subscription for something I get free with Porn Hub?

"I'm hella sleepy, can someone send me some $ for a Starbucks"
"My rent/bill is due... Someone stole my... My hamster is sick..."
If they have a couple thousand followers there's no doubt that more than just a few schmucks will send her $.
That's a couple hundred dollars a day.
If they do offer to meet up they put as little effort in as possible.

Preferable to pay $10 & see the lady in action & decide if you really want to see her rather than $300-$400 for a meetup just to find out her looks/performance are shit.
But even then some ladies post content that's years old.

There are plenty of girls to follow for free just don't give them any money.

Several years ago it was considered the "holy grail" of providing because those regulars accounted for up to 80% of their monthly income; the one-and-done guys simply filled in the gaps. Are providers still striving for that, or do they not need to because they have other revenue streams, like OF? You'd think the service quality would be high as they attempt to convince a prospective regular to come back. Maybe the veteran providers already have their regulars and it's the new providers who don't understand that aspect of the business?
