repeat reviews of same provider

Mr.Mods, How often can you review the same provider, and does it matter if activities were very different. ie.car date or Hotel visit?.. and How long after an encounter do you have to write a review.. I know I've seen those answers here before but I just can't seem to find it...Thank you

Sir you can post reviews of the same provider as often as you see her (him) but there needs to be 90 days between the last encounter of the same provider before premium credit would be considered.
