It could negatively effect the providers real world persona. For example, let's say a provider has a family with kids. But the other scenario you offer is WAY unlikely. What kind of an asshole gets on Eccie to look for girls, then decides to take up the mantle of modesty and propriety to report her? I'm not buying it.
