I'm fairly new, and I'd like to know who you all think are the best bang (literally) lol!, for your buck for the newer guys.

You've already met one of the ones I'd like to meet. 
There's a traveling lady who comes through Austin every once in awhile named sweetAshleigh who definitely earned her name imo.
Pre-Hiatus, I would've recommended Claire She Blows, especially for those who like their MILFs leggy. (Gonna need a new lady in that category now.)
I'd also recommend Daddys Girl ATX if you're looking for GFE.
If you're into little spinners, Gigilicious is one that I've been looking at lately.
If you're a PSE fan, there's probably going to be tons of dudes who'd recommend Asian Layla, and Dara-Malaika as well.
This is kind of an interesting topic, and I wanted to compile a list called the "First Ten", with multiple lists based on a 'monger's preferences. (i.e. body type, ethnicity, GFE/PSE)
Would anyone else be interested?
