Need guidance

Just curious what are the chances of the police investigating an escort's phone if she was to be arrested and getting phone records of the John's? I've heard this doesn't usually happen that often however I'm paranoid of someone finding out if the person I saw ever got busted. Thanks in advance for your input.

It has happened in San Antonio, and I presume in other Texas cities where vice is more active with the P than with drugs or alcohol, etc. But usually it is more often with an agency's phone records than a solo provider.

If you are using a burner phone, you cannot easily be tracked. But beware of folks (even those you know) calling you out of the clear blue and acting in ways not previously known.

IMO, it is a risk I am unwilling to take so I use Burner App and use a new number for every appointment. I am not sure if this would work without P411 so they can see my okays, but if you have references I would think it would work without it. This also avoids providers who like to send random and unwanted texts asking for money to fix a car etc...

Changing numbers frequently or a new number every time you hobby is a good thing to avoid the said scenario.

Thanks for your guys input, I wish I had used a burner phone before this happened. I'm considering changing my number anyways just to play if safe, even though phone records are permanent. I just hope LE doesn't go though an escorts phone and then track down everyone she's ever texted/called..

There is an app called "Burner". You can burn the number and get a new one after every appointment, if you want. It isn't free, but lots of guys use that.

Or you can get Google Voice, and every time your appointment is over, turn Google Voice off til you need it again. It is free. Lots of guys do that too.

Or you can get the Sideline app, and turn it off after every appointment til you need it again. It is free. Lots of guys use it too.

Or you can go buy a cheap phone with cash, pay for the minutes with cash (every single time), and when your appointment is over, remove the SIM card, hide it, and then hide the phone somewhere else. Lots of guys do that too.

The simple fact that your phone Number appears in her call history is indicative of nothing more than a contact. It provides ZERO evidence of any legal basis for LE to leverage in any manner.

Those numbers are simply numbers at that point, even if the provider in question points fingers and calls you out as a client there is still a legal need to demonstrate actual evidence that an illegal transaction took place.

LE are 100% empowered to lie to any suspect in any scenario, but without evidence they have nothing. If contacted you are not required to answer any questions nor provide any information regarding the provider or any activities that did or did not take place.

Refer ANY requests from LE to an attorney; even if they think they have enough evidence to hook you up in bracelets and take you "downtown" - your answer for ANY AND ALL questions/statements/requests from LE is simple - "I would like to speak to my attorney." The minute they can get you talking after you ask for your attorney CAN be leveraged by LE.

For the gals: Even if you use Google voice or some other app, always have a burner phone that has a couple garbage texts & calls on it. You you can cry over it when a doughnut eater asks for your phone as it's becoming sop for Leo to take phones. At the least for the interruption of business thing.

And you do not want them to find your personal phone, or the phone your recurring friends call on, etc.
