Erotic Monkey writers have been very busy it seems. Lots of recent phoney reviews. Has anyone else noticed that they are using familiar handles/monikers? Some I've seen here, and some used to be on TER. It's kind of weird. In any event I'm currently at about 50% fake reviews on there lol. Most recent, my incall (which I never have had) smelled very smoky like a casino. About 4 of the reviews mention my incall (which I never have had) lol. Smh. Pretty elaborate of them to use familiar handles from other sites.

I've never understood the reason, but there are a lot of fake review/add sites out there that just pull information from legitimate sites.

You are absolutely right, Nikki. Every single review I have on there is fake and they seem to be posted more frequently now.

I think EM was the first place I got on when I started hobbying, didn't know it was so full of fakes at the time. That's a shame that there's places that do that.

I think the only "real" reviews are copied and pasted from legit sites.
The fake ones all have the same writing style. Pretty sure it's a small operation trying to establish itself.
Unfortunately this type of behavior only decreases the legitimacy of the site.

What tipped me off last year was (I believe fake or from a jerk) reviews of one of our fave FBSM-ers who left the biz. I just knew it was bogus from seeing her often enough to know her a bit. Don't even bother with a click to go there, anymore...

Kinda interesting that STG seems better by comparison. I stick with eccie more and more all the time (and thanks, everyone)...

I've seen fake reviews for me on there as well describing scenes that never took place even one that say a service I would never do which really is irritating. But I actually got a message from a guy I'd never seen telling me he wrote me a nice review on there and he'd hoped our experience would be similar. Never agreed to meet the guy, in fact told him that it was pretty creep that he would do that and left it at that.

In the past I have seen parts of some of my reviews used. I don't go there. ECCIE, P411, EROS, twitter or switter are the only places I research.
