Brockles salad dressing?

Dose anyone remember the old Brockles salad dressing? I loved that stuff growing up but have not seen it in the stores in forever. Dose anyone know where you can buy it? Thanks

Never heard of it but maybe the above can help.

Special Dressing Recipe

For all who have asked and any who may be interested, here is the recipe for the homemade version of Brockles Special Dressing:
Ingredients:
1 pint jar of real Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
4 Tbsp of drained sweet pickle relish
2 tsp of paprika
1.5 ounces of crumbled Blue Cheese
1 Tbsp of garlic powder (adjust as desired for taste)
- Spoon Mayo into a mixing bowl
- Put the relish in a fine mesh strainer and press with paper towel to eliminate excess liquid.
- Add ingredients, each with a little stirring.
- Hand mix to an even color and texture. A wire whip works well.
- Add another half-tsp of paprika for a little bolder color, if desired.
- Put finished mix back into cleaned mayonnaise jar (or container of your choice).
- Keep refrigerated.
- It always tastes better after a day in the fridge.
Tara, was thinking about Brockles just the other day...I use to make Brockles sandwiches when I was a kid.
Tara,
I would think you are too young for brockles dressing. They used to have it at the state fair served on a cracker after you waited in line. I too used to eat Brockles sandwiches.

You could buy it at the Safeway store when I was a kid. Had it many times.

Oh my gosh. Brockles! It's sortof like Thousand Island dressing.

I got engaged to a guy in my early 20's that always had that stuff in his fridge. He loved it. I can see the appeal.

And it's not around any longer? Wow.
