Help with tabs, please.

When I log in, I will go to the mail section or another area. If I use the tabs at the top, I will not be logged in. This follows me around the site sometimes. I find that I click a link or go to another area and I am not logged in. If I use the back arrow, I am back to logged in again.
Yes, I am techno stupid but I sure would appreciate knowing what I am doing wrong....

Try clicking the "remember me" box when you first log in

1) What is the URL you are using to access the site? Is it www.eccie.net, eccie.net, or IP address?

2) Do you have cookies enabled for eccie.net in your browser?

I have tried both eccie.net and www.eccie.net with the same results.....bad!
