I've had some good, legit sensual massages through there. As with most of those kinds of sites...half of the ads have copied pics. You can usually figure that out. The other clue is some want 5 star escort rates. Another red flag. The "talent" over there is generally pretty weak. Too bad we don't live in Atlanta. They have some legit lookers.
