If you have been in a Wendy's Restauraunt, any timein the past year. Call your bank or credit card company. Apparently someone was able to access their system, that reads credit and debit cards.And steal the information. My checking account was hit for over $2000 in the last couple of weeks. Before my bank caught onto it.

Set up "alerts" on all your cards. I get an instant text telling me where, when and how much anytime I use my debit or credit card.

to clarify - the breach only affected certain franchise locations, not corporate ones. about 5% of their stores in total, the other 95% were unaffected. and it happened over about 6 months, ending a few months ago. definitely a good idea to keep an eye on your shit at all times, but don't go canceling cards just because you happen to like wendys.
