Beach Boobs...

Got a kick out of this article. Lifeguard called police because "girls" at the beach were topless. Police showed up, "girls" explained they were Trans... (whatever the politically correct term is) with boob jobs and original stock equipment still intact ... and therefore were not breaking any laws...

I personally think women should be allowed to go topless at the beach but...

I understand that the law in many areas discriminate against women going topless like men are allowed to ... sooo... I need Civil Barrister and the other lawyers to weigh in on this one.. are these people breaking the law?

If you have a law that says no one can expose their breasts, is that not discrimination since it doesn't single out anyone by sex?

How can a law that applies to women and not men be constitutional?

Do laws that apply to women also apply to a Trans.. ?

Ladies ... should women be allowed to go topless anywhere men are allowed to? Would you go topless at the beach if it were legal?

Would the ladies post pics of their boobs exposed at the beach... oh wait... we did that already and Surcher is better now... so never mind...
These "nipple laws" are pretty amazing. A breast-feeding mother can pop that sucker out any time anywhere because "IT'S BEAUTIFUL DAMMIT!!!!" and its her right and blah blah blah, but a stripper has to put latex over hers because "IT'S LEWD DAMMIT!!!!" and someone might get aroused and blah blah blah.

Yes, yes I understand about context and sexual titillation and all that. But speaking as a dude, it doesn't matter what context a nipple comes out -- I'm gonna take a look.
Where topless sunbathing is allowed, I go topless. It’s wonderful, but I wear a lot of sunscreen.

I don’t know about the male vs. female part of the law, but only a certain portion of the areola can be visible. I ‘da know; I think it should be legal to go topless at the beach.

LADY SELLING Lemonade on the Beach (reportedly clearing $250 USD per day)...

The Psychology of business is to "know what your customers want!"
This guy probably does not know what he is drinking, nor does he care...
because he is after something more than sugared down lemon juice.
Reportedly for $10-USD a try, you will see when you finish sucking.

In Texas a woman can actually go in public topless IF there are no minors present and IF no one finds it offensive... I worked on the beach for several summers, we would get these smoking Euro ladies and it was heaven til some crazy ass 2 ton Rosanne Barr looking beach goer got pissed cause her husband could see freedom on the horizon, therefore generating a complaint. Haven't worked the beach for several years but from what I understand it's the same. The breast feeding in public is covered so it doesn't matter if someone complains.
Not sure about the trans deal but if they still have outdoor plumbing they are still considered male so the law would not apply.
interesting.....i will never complain about one wanting to wear their birthday suit....fully or waste up. half of the bathing suits out there are way revealing and girls lying on towels spread eagle and topless. let me enjoy the beauty of Gods creation along with the beach and sand.

The biggest problem with a topless beach is quality control.
