How is the new Vice squad impacting your AMP experience??

I’ve been a bit reluctant to visit the AMPs since the latest information that Vice has had a resurgency... seems that they (vice) must know what’s going on and only a matter of time before a headline gets made....
Just wondering what y’all think.

I think like Zhou Enlai, what he told Kissinger in 1971, regarding Kissinger's question about the impact of the French Revolution..

"it's too early to tell"..

and it is.. I think the new Vice is months away from any "statement", it takes time to train, analyze, develop cases. they are not like a sudden army that will immediately storm AMPs, wearing military gear, holding semi-automatic machine guns.

why do some of you immediately grant such power to a newly-formed Unit? it's all in your head. Kim Jung Un would launch rockets destroying the AMPs, before these guys would fuck up your session.
yeah more likely just to be shut down over time with fewer and fewer operating as usual. They will clear certain areas and then move to others in priority. Nothing stays the same over a long enough time period.
Sub amps definitely bettter (safer) at the moment. Some look like doctors offices from the street as opposed to high profile strips (more tha 2 or 3 together). Just my opinion seen this before in other cities.

The new vice squad is not affecting my AMP experience at all. Why would it?

I’ll admit it crossed my mind on the drive over this week and was probably a little more observant in the parking lot, but once in the room all concerns vanished.

I will say this, you have to drive around buildings looking at the cars in parking lot of in front of and behind the building. Usually if it’s a set up, the LE parks behind the buildings, second rule, say the least in your encounter and he who gets naked first looses, so make sure everything is cool before you strip down! Last but not least if you get tipped off in any way then leave, it’s so worth escaping with your freedom va having your picture displayed in the press like Houston has done to so many people. It’s a sad reality but they are going to make it difficult I’m sure even in Dallas!

That’s my biggest fear, ending up like those poor blokes in houston with their mugs in the paper
+1, Doug.

I knew of a guy, who was accused of a sex crime by a coworker. The coworker later recanted, admitting she lied to get him in trouble. The coworker left the country when the DA filed charges.

But, his face had been all over the news. The employer had to let him go because they were getting harrassed & losing customers. He couldn't get work anywhere. He had to move to another state to get work. His career was gone. His home life was almost destroyed.

Once you get listed a sex offender, it's next to impossible to get off the list. All it takes is charges filed against you.
