Hi Gents and Ladies,

I haven't taken a vacation in years and am due one. My assistant Alana won't be available to answer my calls until 27th July but you can still email me, I will check them twice daily.

Alana will be available to answer my phone from the 27th July for my return on August 2nd. On my return my schedule will be different but consistent, see website for details.

Hey thanks for the update.

My people will call your people, make sure you put your out of office reply on.
It stops the confusion of why you wont get back to people.

In the meantime I will have your assistant pick up the meeting notes from everyone so she can create a brief you can look over on your return.

Now would be a good time to get your carpets cleaned in your office.
