It looks like someone is copying the look of the site, but it’s a different (misspelled) url: rubsrating.com.

I’d be cautious before sending money their way.

Btw, rubmd seems to be a fine substitute. Is there something wrong with it from the provider’s perspective?

The story I heard at the time was the Rubratings was attacked and taken down and it appeared the folks who did it created RubMD. Maybe that's wrong. I don't know. But the whole thing seemed shady to me. That said, RubMd seems to work quite well.
