Depends on what you consider "good"... I have never seen this particular girl, but Elite is generally a mixed bag. As a general rule (at least in my experience), the first time you see any particular girl there, you aren't getting anything - not even a happy ending (though they'll encourage you to "take care of yourself", so to speak). On subsequent visits, usually HR is provided, maybe more depending on the girl (but don't bank on it).
