Most folks today have a relative or knows someone with a relative that has some form of age-related cognitive decline.

It is obvious to anyone that President Biden is experiencing and daily demonstrating some form of cognitive degradation.

That most folks are not qualified to make a specific medical diagnosis does not disqualify them from knowing that Mr. Biden is having difficulties.

That his immediate family, personal care givers and close advisors continue to facilitate his limited ability to function as the Nation's Executive is, in my view, elder abuse.

One must be qualified to render a medical diagnosis. Someone over at the White House probably has sought the opinion of a medical doctor on this already . . .the answer, whether yes or no, is already known.

However, any non professional person can plainly see that President Biden is exhibiting symptoms of age related physical and mental decline.
