FACT 3: In January 2017 when Trump took office his approval rating in those 3 states was +6, +8, and +10. In January 2019 Trump's approval rating in those 3 states was -16, -15, and -10.

FACT 4: In the November midterms last year, the incumbent Wisconsin Republican governor was ousted and the incumbent Democratic senator was easily re-elected.
