Locating a Previously Viewed Web Page

I viewed a particular web page today. I went back to view it later today and it had changed. I would like to get some info off the page as it was when I first viewed it today. Is there a way for me to find this page on my computer?

I'm browsing with Firefox and my operating system is Windows XP. I have no idea what the page might be called, but do know the approximate time that I would have viewed it.

In Firefox, you can go click on History in the top of the browser and get all your browsing history. But if the page is changed, I do not believe it will cashe the old content, unless you block that. And if you have viewed the page after content changed, that ship may have sailed.
