Burlesque or similar (in early/mid September)

I'm in the mood for a burlesque experience/show in Austin.

What's the local scene like? Does it exist at all?

I'll be there early/mid September.

I’ve been to a few burlesque shows in Austin and it’s always fun! Are you looking for someone to go with you or for suggestions? I think I’ve always come across them on do512 or Facebook events.

I have seen most all the local troupes. this is Austin premier burlesque playing while you're here. the jigglewatts hands down are the best!

Yes, the local scene is quite active and full of talent. just do a search on burlesque Austin and then pick and choose. There are some specialty troupes like fat bottom girls cabaret are really fun too. I love burlesque and the annual Texas burlesque festival is very fun and worth checking out. there are people from all over that come to compete. https://texasburlesquefestival.com/
