I DIDNT RECEIVE A PREMIUM UPGRAXE

Purchased a 2 week membership a few days ago and I was not upgraded. Didn't get the usual PM that lets me know that my account was upgraded. Can anyone's help with this or point me in the right direction? Thanks!
Give it a day or two. The site has been having a few issues recently.
If you'll shoot an email to websupport they will upgrade your account immediately. The upgrade to https has taken callbacks from ccbill offline. It's one of a handful of bugs we are currently sorting through.

Anyone inconvenienced by this issue is getting an extra month tacked on to the subscription they purchased so your 2 weeks just turned into a month and a half. Just mention this post in your email
